Biomek Tips P50 Span-8 Conductive Non-Sterile

These conductive tips hold up to 90 µL and are perfect for use with microplates and deepwells. Compatible with the Span-8 pod for Biomek NX, NXp, FX and FXp liquid handlers. Access deep and narrow labware with the tip’s extended, narrow length design to pipette from microfuge tubes, 1.4 mL sample storage tubes, or deep well plates. Its fine point tip design achieves efficient low-volume pipetting while maintaining high accuracy and precision. Take advantage of the liquid-level-sensing functionality on Biomek systems to pipette from labware with different liquid volumes and heights. This feature is especially useful in applications such as processing tubes from various sources with differing sample volumes since it minimizes cross-contamination of samples by reducing the exterior wetted-surface of the tip when pipetting just below the liquid level. The P50s are made of 100% polypropylene, are manufactured to ensure straight, leak-proof products and are guaranteed to be free of DNA, DNase/RNase, PCR inhibition, pyrogen/endotoxin and trace metals.
