NextGen Omics US 2023

三月 30 - 31, 2023

Boston, Massachusetts

United States

Description

On March 30 and 31, omics experts from around the world will meet in Boston at NextGen Omics US 2023 to discuss the future of next-generation sequencing, multiomic single-cell and spatial analyses, and genome editing in drug discovery and therapeutic development.

We will be there (on the stage and in Booth 5) and are looking forward to seeing you there, too.

What’s Happening in Booth 5

Your next life-changing discoveries are on the horizon and our automated liquid handling solutions can help you get there faster. From acoustic dispensing to tip-based liquid handling to fully integrated systems— we’re here to help you expand your scientific boundaries.

Here’s a look at a few of the solutions that will be in display on our booth at NextGen Omics US 2023:

Biomek NGeniuS Next Generation Library Prep System

  • A purpose-built liquid handler for NGS library preparation, the Biomek NGeniuS Next Generation Library Prep System reduces manual transfers and hands-on time for the traditionally labor-intensive process of library construction.

Biomek i-Series Automated Workstations

  • Representing the best of what has made Biomek workstations an industry leader—combined with enhancements suggested by customers around the globe—Biomek i-Series Automated Workstations have been designed to optimize dependability and walk-away time in mid- to high-throughput labs.

Echo 525 Acoustic Liquid Handler

  • Echo acoustic liquid handlers use sound energy to precisely transfer liquid without contact, pipette tips, nozzles or tubing. Designed specifically for biochemical and genomic assays, the Echo 525 acoustic liquid handler delivers unparalleled accuracy and precision to improve assay reliability and data quality. It transfers aqueous samples and reagents rapidly in a stream of 25 nL droplets.

Apostle MiniMax™ High Efficiency Isolation Kit

  • The Apostle MiniMax™ High Efficiency Isolation Kit enables you to extract more cfDNA than other isolation kits. It isolates cfDNA from 1-5 mL of plasma, is compatible with a variety of cell-free DNA collection tubes and efficiently removes PCR inhibitors to allow for use in NGS and PCR-based assays.

What’s Happening on Stage

Session Title

Detection of mutations in matched FFPE and cfDNA samples
