On October 28–29, researchers and innovators from academia, biotech, pharma, research institutes and government will convene in St. Louis for the Academic Drug Discovery Consortium (ADDC) 2025 Colloquium—a forum for advancing translational science and exploring emerging technologies in drug discovery.
We’ll be there, ready to connect, learn, and answer your questions about what’s next in screening, automation, and assay development.
Poster Presentation
October 28 | 5:15–7:15 p.m.
Speaker: Steve Valentino, Senior Application Scientist, Beckamn Coulter Life Sciences
Title: Miniaturized Biophysical Screening of Cereblon with Dianthus uHTS and Echo Acoustic Liquid Handling
Our Steve Valentino is looking forward to walking you through how miniaturization and automation can transform high-throughput screening (HTS) for complex targets like cereblon. His poster highlights the integration of Dianthus uHTS, a biophysical assay platform using Spectral Shift technology, with the Echo Acoustic Liquid Handler, which enables precise, non-contact dispensing of nanoliter volumes.
Together, these tools enable highly miniaturized, direct binding assays with picomolar sensitivity and robust reproducibility, eliminating the need for complex biochemical or degredation-based assays and offering a streamlined, automated solution for early-stage drug discovery.
