Simplifying High Complexity Multicolor Flow Cytometry

“Many people confuse the term high complexity flow cytometry (HCFC) with the simple increase in the number of parameters that we can measure on a cytometer. For me, this concept is something much more complex. When we refer to HCFC, we are  not only talking about the number of colors, but also quality, automation, analysis tools, reagents, and staff.

Performing HCFC means improving in each of these aspects to obtain more complete, accurate, and higher quality results; and, in my case, this directly affects the quality of life of my patients.”
