Matching Cell Counts between Vi–CELL XR and Vi–CELL BLU This paper demonstrates a series of different cell types run on the Vi-CELL XR and duplicate samples run on the Vi-CELL BLU. The cells were then reanalyzed adjusting the cell type parameters until a new cell type was generated that gave cell concentrations within +/–5% and viable cell density levels within +/–2.5% of the Vi-CELL XR.
