RNA Extraction from FFPE Tissue

FormaPure XL RNA

With our SPRI paramagnetic bead-based chemistry, you can extract RNA from even the most challenging formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples.

For optimum convenience, you receive knowledgeable support for reagents and automation methods from a single vendor.

  • Fragment analysis shows FormaPure XL RNA kits isolate RNA with the best possible integrity—even from 10+-year-old tissue blocks
  • Performance demonstrated with a variety of sample and tissue types
  • Scalable based on throughput
  • Demonstrated performance with 7x 10 μM curls

AMP 2019: Correlation between mutations found in FFPE tumor tissue and paired cfDNA samples In this poster, presented at AMP 2019, we present a comparison of matched FFPE and plasma samples to determine how many mutations are seen in both tissues. We also look at where the mutational mismatches appear in the chromosome.
